Release expectations and own your outcomes
In this episode, in order to showcase the work in real-time, we chose to hit record in the middle of a shared misunderstanding (i.e. argument) where both of our egos were flaring. Briefly after a little spat and disagreement, we pick up the mic to collaborate, reflect, vulnerably share, and take extreme ownership of ourselves in the situation.
