Scheduling Your Weekly Sessions

We're excited to schedule your Strategic Planning for Life Group Integration sessions! We use the form below to capture availability and coordinate the best possible time for you and the others in your group.

Starting the week of October 7, we will meet virtually for one hour, as a group, on the same day/time each week for nine (9) weeks.

Please review your calendar and compare it to the options provided below. Be sure to note that these are listed in Pacific Time. Select ALL of the options that work for you.

Please note that your responses are confidential and are not being shared with your manager, HR team or any others within your company directly. High level group schedules only reported back to the project leader to enhance overall employee experience.

Please check the box next to all the options that work with your schedule. All sessions are 1 hour each. As a general rule of thumb - if one option works except for one or two weeks due to previously scheduled commitments, that's ok. We can do a 1:1 session, or catch you back up the following week. If it’s more than one session missed, do not select that option.
